‘Simply enjoy life and the great pleasures that come with it’, as aptly quoted by Karolina Karakova. With this same belief in mind, the teachers of AGS organised a ‘Fun n Fair’ to make the students from Nursery to PYP2 feel very special. This event gave them an opportunity to participate in a string of exhilarating and invigorating activities, thus making it possible for them to enjoy their day to the fullest. Children had a marvellous time exploring varied games and collecting stars and smileys on their badges for every activity they participated in. The school premises were transformed into a mini fair with stalls displaying colourful banners and decorations enticing the young learners to try their hand at fascinating games such as the Colour Wheel, Pin the tail on the donkey, Bowling alley, Ring a ring game, Number Master, Luck and Logic etc. They also enjoyed jumping to their heart’s content on the trampoline and brought their artistic skills to life at the art n craft corner.

Nothing gives a child more joy than dancing to the rhythmic beats of the music and swaying to the rhythm of the drums. The dance arena was transformed into a ball room with disco lights reflecting in the maze of mirrors, creating an ambience with feet stomping music that stirred the happy feet of the little stars to display their grace and energy in a free style dance, in their own unique way.

Apart from the excitement and the fun, the tiny tots also imbibed new skills such as hand and eye coordination, fine and gross motor skills and the concepts of colours, numbers and estimation to name a few.
