69 students of grade 6 and 7 of Ajmera Global School (AGS), along with 5 teachers set out on a field trip to BNHS (Bombay Natural History Society) on August 9, 2016. The walk in the woods proved to be definitely an adventurous one with beautiful flora, fauna and steep slopes. The BNHS landscape filled with greenery and flowing streams was a delight to the students. They saw the unique Karvi flower which blooms once in 8 years, varieties of butterflies, snails, crabs, birds, deer and more. The two hour nature trail ended with a presentation on the topic "Adaptation: Key for survival" by Mr. Atul Sathe, manager of Conservation Education Centre at BNHS.
