KiiT International School (KiiT-IS), a constituent of KIIT Group of Institutions, has posted excellent results in the class XII examinations conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), results of which were declared on May 28, 2014. All students of all three streams - Science, Commerce and Arts - passed with first class. In Science, Arts and Commerce streams, students excelled by securing 96 percent, 98 percent and 96 percent respectively.
Kamyaa Mishra topped Bhubaneswar region in Humanities stream by securing 98 percent marks.
Even though this is only the third batch of class XII students from KiiT-IS, a large number of students have qualified for prestigious national level entrance examinations such as JEE (Main), IIT, NIIT, CPT, CLAT, Delhi University and TISS, among others. Further, they have achieved international academic placement in institutions such as University of British Colombia, University of Toronto, Western University of Canada and Hong Kong University.
Established only in 2007, KiiT International School’s excellent performance has attracted national and global attention. Recently, nearly 50 percent students of the school scored A1 grade in CBSE class X Board examination, which saw a pass percentage of 100 percent.
