Swapnil (Class 10) and Gurvinder (Class 9) of Shah Satnam Ji Girls’ School, Sirsa did the entire school proud by executing their art with perfection on a grand stage i.e. ‘India’s Dancing Super Stars’ telecast on ‘Starplus’ channel. Their performance left the judgesspeechless. Geeta Kapoor labeled the performance as ‘matchless’, and Lobo Ashley applauded the same saying that it was a perfect blend of entertainment, art and creativity.
On February 17, 2013, auditions to hunt the dancing talent were held at D.C. Montessori School, Manimazra in Chandigarh where they were selected for further auditions in Delhi. It was an open competition with no age limit where around 16,700 participants, from all over India, showcased their talent in solo, duo, trio and in groups.
They staged their incredible stunts on March 4, 2013 in ICT Delhi and emerged as winners out of 40 groups, that led them to Mumbai on April 16 to clinch ‘SapnoKa Ticket’. They performed in ‘Ladies Special’ act and executed various incredible dance which compelled the judges to award them with ‘SapnoKa Ticket’.
