According to an official release on August 29, Sagar Institute of Science and Technology (SISTec), known for integrating engineering, management and pharmacy education with industry and corporate, has bagged the prestigious ‘The Most Innovative College’ award in the North Zone category. The award was announced at a national seminar on ‘Power of Internships’ held in New Delhi and was based on a pan-India survey of over 1500 colleges by internshala.com basis vision towards trending jobs and strategies adopted towards placement. The award was presented by Dr. Satyapal Singh, minister of state for Human Resource & Development, Government of India and Dr Anil Sahatrabudhhi, chairman, AICTE to Dr. Keshavendra Choudhary, principal, SISTec, Gandhi Nagar and manager, corporate relations Prachi Shrivastava in New Delhi.
This year, SISTec has been rated with ‘AAA’ rating by Career 360 and has been recognised by Zee as ‘The Best Engineering College of Central India.’ The institute also bagged the prestigious "Best Institution made significant efforts through Innovation, Science & Technology and Traditional Methods" award of ASSOCHAM at the National Innovation Awards 2018 held in New Delhi.
