Reading is considered to be the best habit and books are considered to the best friend of any person in life. They not only provide knowledge but also widen our horizon and builds up our vocabulary which is very much important in today’s world. Keeping this in mind, Gyan Ganga International School (GGIS) recently organised a two day book fair in collaboration with Scholastic India Private Limited at the school campus. The book fair was inaugurated by the executive director of GGIS Dr. Nitin Jain. The other dignitaries who graced the occasion were Shri Bhartesh Bharill, Madam Sapna, Madam Neetika and school principal Dr. Rajesh K Chandel. While addressing the students, the school principal highlighted the importance of books and their importance in guiding and showing the right path to the students.

On the occasion, Dr. Nitin Jain appreciated the initiatives taken by the school principal and Scholastic India Private Limited in helping the youth of today to explore their ideas and grow. He also motivated the students to develop the habit of reading.

Book fair convener and school librarian Ajay Kumar Manjhi organised the fair successfully and helped the students in searching the books of their choice. Everyone appreciated the fair and took the best out of it.
