Avani Prashanth of Grade 5 continued her good performance at international tournaments in addition to winning performance  at domestic tournaments in India. She was the only Girl from India to finish Top 3, across all participating age groups, 2 years running at the U.S Kids European Golf Championship at Scotland in her age category (Girls 10) last week. She was the most consistent player in her age group with scores of -1 under par on Day 1 and Day 2, she played a round of 3 over par on the last day to finish with a 1 over par Score for the tournament.
 
Travelling to an International tournament venue with conditions very different from Bangalore and performing consistently year on year is a mark of her growing as a player and the effort she is putting into becoming a future player for India. Her performance in these International tournaments has been the best ever by an Indian Girl in the 10 year history of the tournament which is considered a premier tournament for juniors.
