Founded in 2013, V Kids A Concept School, Mugappair (West), Chennai is an initiative of Velammal Trust School, a registered non - minority service organisation.
The prechool’s vision is to uphold social values while enabling technological and moral development of the society by providing education of global standards.

Academics
The preschool offers the following programmes:
Pre KG - At pre KG, the multi-sensory lessons are carefully planned and prepared to address all learning needs of the tiny tots.
LKG - The junior kindergarten kids learn to read and write by making use of the latest pre-writing materials, Montessori apparatus, sorting boxes and pattern-formation materials.
UKG - The senior kindergarten kids are groomed in the six areas of learning - creativity, personal-social-emotional development, communication-language-literacy, cognitive development, environmental awareness and physical growth. Various activities such as sentence formation, description of people and events and the emphasis on creative writing result in the improvement of language competence, pronunciation, visual discrimination, vocabulary, reading and improved conversation.
Admission
The application form and prospectus can be obtained from the school office by paying a non-refundable fee. Registration form shall be issued on request on producing the credentials of the child.
Eligibility
For Pre KG: 2 years plus as on March 31 of the year of admission.
For LKG: 3 years plus as on March 31 of the year of admission.
For UKG: 4 years plus as on March 31 of the year of admission.
