Overview
Schnell Hans was founded in 1968. An autonomous entity, Schnell Hans is part of the well know RBCS vocational institutes consortium which was established in 1954 by Shyam Motwani. Today Schnell Hans is run by Romila Shyam and her daughter Sunita Motwani, who is an internationally qualified beautician, hair designer and Onycholysis expert. This institution is said to offer internationally benchmarked courses and has trained over 1000 beauticians who currently work in various international locations apart from leading salons and multinational companies in India.
Campus
Schnell Hans has two centres in Mumbai, both fully equipped and modelled on a beauty parlour setting for experiential learning. The centres include state of the art hair, make up and beauty products and equipment for students to use and practice with. Schnell Hans’ courses are constantly updated to keep abreast of the latest developments in the field – both technological as well as trend related.
Both theoretical and practical aspects are covered with practicals on live models and the courses have been the foundation of salon owners and stylists.
