The Tree House located, Salt Lake, Kolkata offers Playgroup, Nursery, Junior KG and Senior KG programmes and caters to the requirements of parents looking for day care facility in the region. The pre-school focuses on development of the child’s mental, physical, emotional and social growth.

Academics
The Tree House caters to the educational requirements of Playgroup, Nursery, Junior KG and Senior KG children.
Playgroup: This is a two hour program for children in the age group of 1.5 years to 2.5 years. Activities in this program include water play, dough play, theme based dressing, fancy dress and celebration of all festivals and special days. Children learn through play and develop their language, motor, social, emotional, cognitive and aesthetic skills, apart from creativity.
Nursery: Children in the age group of 2.5 years to 3.5 years are eligible for this two hour program. The nursery programme focuses on language - writing and reading readiness, motor and physical activities, environmental studies, social skills, cognitive and conceptual learning, mathematical and general knowledge along with aesthetics and value education. Activities in this program include water play, dough play, thematic dressing every month, celebration of all festivals and special days.
Junior KG: This is a three hour program for children aged 3.5 years to 4.5 years. In this programme, children learn and acquire skills in sight reading, writing in different cases, writing numbers, number value, general knowledge, value education, science experiments, social skills, creative expression, cognitive skills and language skills. Activities in this program include water play, dough play, thematic dressing every month, celebration of all festivals and special days.
Senior KG: This is a two hour program for children in the age group of 4.5 years to 5.5 years. In this program, children are introduced to subjects such as English, mathematics, environmental studies, science, value education, Hindi and general knowledge. Activities in this program include water play, dough play, fancy dress, celebration of all festivals and special days.
Extra-curricular activities: The Tree House hosts hobby classes for children in the age group of 3 to 8 years. Activities in hobby classes include art and drawing, crafts, dramatics, dance, skill development through project work and cultural development activities.
Admission
The academic year is divided into two terms. Admissions are open throughout the year. The following documents are required at the time of admission -
1. 8 passport size photographs of the child
2. Copy of birth certificate
