Manchester International School, Coimbatore is a coeducational English medium international day cum boarding school. The school is affiliated with the International Baccalaureate Organisation (IBO), Geneva and the University of Cambridge International Examinations (CIE), UK.

Campus
The school campus hosts spacious, well lit, airy and air-conditioned classrooms, well-equipped laboratories for Physics, Chemistry and Biology, a well-stocked computerised library featuring a variety of resource material such as educative and informative dailies, magazines and extensive collection of books.

Academics
The school offers the following programmes:
Early Years Programme - Early Years Programme is designed to meet the needs of young learners aged 2.5 years at Pre-KG level. In this programme, children develop many social, personal and emotional skills such as interacting with other children, sharing toys, expressing their feelings in an appropriate way, waiting for their turn or becoming more independent when dressing and eating.
IB Primary Years Programme - The IB-PYP curriculum is a curriculum, a philosophy and a methodology for young learners from LKG to class V. In this programme, emphasis is placed on trans-disciplinary and inquiry-based learning.
Cambridge IGCSE - Cambridge IGCSE is designed to be taught as a two year course for students aged 14 to 16 years (class IX-X). In most subjects, there is a choice between core and extended curricula, making Cambridge IGCSE suitable for a wide range of abilities.
Cambridge International AS & A Level - The General Certificate of Education Advanced Subsidiary or AS (class XI) and Advanced Level or A Level (class XII), is the ‘gold standard’ of CIE qualifications.
Manchester International School offers the CBSE curriculum too.
Extra-curricular activities
Students are involved in numerous activities which emerge from their sheer enthusiasm. Art Society, chess, dance, drama, electronics, indoor games, creative writing, music, scrabble, speech and debate are other areas of student interest.
