Overview
Founded in 1996, Mahaveer Public School (MPS), Jaipur is a coeducational day school offering education from class I through class XII. The school was promoted by Shri Mahaveer Digamber Jain Shiksha Parishad, Jaipur on the completion of 50 years of Shri Mahaveer Digamber Jain Senior Secondary School. The school is affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi and the medium of instruction is English.
The primary objective of the school is to provide value based quality education with special emphasis on the culture and heritage of India.
MPS Jaipur strives to infuse in its students the ability of creative and critical thinking for their holistic development.
Campus
Mahaveer Public School boasts well lit spacious classrooms and a well stocked library featuring over 20000 books, periodicals and dailies. It houses well equipped laboratories for Science and Computers. The school also provides an air conditioned audio visual room, an auditorium, an art cottage and a gymnasium. There is also a huge play field with state of the art sports equipment.
The school also offers transportation facilities and CCTV surveillance for the safety of its students.

Being a day school, MPS Jaipur does not offer residential facility.

Affiliated with CBSE, Mahaveer Public School offers classes from class I through XII.
The school follows the Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE) system for students of classes I to X that involves comprehensive learning strategies in areas such as life skills, attitudes and values and also considers performance in outdoor co-curricular activities. The subjects offered for classes I to X are English, mathematics, Hindi, science, Social Science (History, Civics, Geography, Economics and Disaster Management for classes IX and X), Sanskrit (classes VI to X), French (classes VI to VIII), Environmental Studies, General Knowledge and Moral Education.
The school offers Science and Commerce streams at the higher secondary level.
The school encourages the students to participate in various co-curricular activities such as Drama, Classical Dance, Modern Dance, Music bands and sports such as football, cricket, badminton, hockey, judo, gymnastics, skating and basketball. Admission to Class I
Age Criteria: Should have completed 5 years by April 1 of the year in which the admission is sought.
A candidate seeking admission to the school is registered only after the completed registration form is submitted to the school. Pupils who have attended another school cannot be admitted until a transfer certificate from the earlier school is produced.
Admission to Class XI
The provisional admission and provisional stream allotment will be done on the basis of the student’s performance in Class X till FA 4 and Practice Test/Pre Boards. It is based on merit and availability of seat in that particular stream. Allotment of a stream may be reviewed after the final result in the month of May depending on the overall grade of the student.

The annual school fee is as follows:
Classes I to IV: Rs 27,280/-
Classes VI to VIII: Rs 29,950/-
Classes XI to XII: Rs 31,280/-
