Overview
Kangaroo Kids Preschool, Kandivali, Mumbai is a franchisee school of Kangaroo Kids Education Limited, promoted by Lina Ashar. The preschool focuses on action-based learning using innovative teaching methods to enable children’s social, emotional and cognitive development.

Campus
The classrooms are big, spacious, air conditioned and decorated with a variety of articles. The school also has a dance, music, toy, AV and art room.
The school is divided into various activity areas; an activity area is created for children to perform creative activities. A splash pool, sand pit swings and slide sand are also maintained for the tiny tots. A mini theatre is built for in house performances. Transportation facility is also provided by the school.

Motor activities: The motor activities programme teaches and reinforces skills such as balance, hand-eye co-ordination and manual dexterity necessary to colour, draw and write.
Music, movement and dramatic play: Through music and movement sessions, children improve vocabulary skills, listening abilities and attention span.
Creative arts: The acts of drawing, painting and shaping objects teach children new ways of thinking and communicating.

Playschool—1.6 years to 2.5 years
Nursery—2.6 years to 3.5 years
Junior KG—3.6 year to 4.5 years
Senior KG—4.6 years to 5.5 years
Differently-abled children or self-paced learners also get an opportunity to be admitted in the school along with general category students.
