Overview
Inventure Academy is a Pre K – Grade 12 International School, established in 2005, located on Whitefield-Sarjapur Road, and ranked among the top ten co-ed day schools in India, and third in Bangalore and Karnataka by the Education World C-Fore Survey, 2017. Inventure Academy’s unique curriculum, which equips children with 21st Century life skills and is focused on their holistic development, with the expectation that each child will flourish in academics, athletics, and other co-curricular spheres. Inventure Academy offers Pre K-12 curriculum, based on guidelines from IGCSE, A/AS Levels from CIE and CISCE (Council for the Indian School Certificate Examination). The school has affiliation with both examining boards.
Campus
Campus life at Inventure is happy, safe and energetic, set over 30 acres of generous, green spaces. Inventure’s warm and inclusive culture is reflected in the openness of the physical campus. We celebrate the collective imagination of our student body by giving every child public spaces to share his/her talent.
The school has 2 amphitheatres, a Multi-purpose Pavillion for Performing Arts and Indoor Sports, multi-sports facilities that include tennis and basketball courts, a football field, cricket nets and a swimming pool with attached changing rooms.
The campus also houses a mindfulness room, a gazebo for yoga, a clinic with a qualified nurse and close access to an excellent hospital in vicinity. It also has three computer labs, a design technology studio, a library with huge stock of productive books, a preschool play area, and a Dining Hall which serves its community hot, nutritious and hygienically prepared breakfast, lunch, snacks and beverages in a large, well-ventilated cafeteria.
In association with Baghirathi Travels, the school also provides transport facility for students and teachers.
Accomodation
Inventure Academy is a day school and hence does not offer hostel facilities.
Academics
Inventure Academy follows the curriculum of the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE), New Delhi and Cambridge International Examinations (CIE), United Kingdom.
The curriculum of the school fosters new ways of thinking, considering and developing ideas. The curriculum is highly experiential, contextual, activity-oriented, and based on multidisciplinary teaching approaches.
Extracurricular: Inventure Academy’s co-curricular activities range from sports to creative arts, to field trips and outbound trips, community outreach programs, and annual literary competitions, known as Tournaments of Minds. The school also encourages its students to participate in a wide range of unique initiatives such as Changemaker and Makerspace.
Admission
Admissions at Inventure Academy are open throughout the year depending on the availability of seats. For the academic year of 2017-2018 admissions are open from pre-K to grade 12. The fee structure is available on request.
