Overview
The Holy Child, Ghaziabad is an all-girls day school established in 1959 by “Sisters of Charity” with headquarters in Calcutta, West Bengal. The school is affiliated with the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE), New Delhi and offers classes from pre-primary to class XII. The Sisters of Charity, since their presence in India from 1860, have been running schools, college, hospitals, orphanages, homes for aged, and other charitable centers.
Campus
The sprawling school campus hosts a playground, swing area, gardens, well-ventilated and spacious classrooms and well equipped laboratories. The school library is one of the biggest libraries in Ghaziabad featuring a collection of more than 16,000 books. It is updated on a regular basis with reference books, encyclopedias, biographies and journals.

The Holy Child School is affiliated with CISCE, New Delhi and offers classes from pre-primary to class XII.
Extracurricular: The students are encouraged to participate in sports activities such as basketball, volleyball, badminton and athletics. The school promotes an Eco club, which helps in maintaining greenery and cleanliness in the school premises, besides creating ecological awareness among the students.
Admission
The school is primarily meant for Catholics but also admits non-Catholic children irrespective of caste and creed. Eligibility for kindergarten admissions is 3.6 to 4 years on March 31 of the year of admission.
Registration for admissions begins in the month of November. Candidates are required to appear for an interaction with the school authorities along with parents upon notification from the school.
Achievements
Holy Child School has been ranked No.1 among day schools across the country on the parameter of “Value for Money” by EducationWorld India School Rankings 2012.
Shivangi Goel of class XII student of the school, won the 1st prize in the Albert Barrow All India Inter-School Creative Writing Competition - 2008, organized by the council for the Indian School Certificate Examination.
