Overview
Fun and Learn, sited at RT Nagar in Bangalore, is a well known preschool founded in 1998 by Renuka Nair. The staff to student ratio is 3:20 at the Playgroup and Nursery levels and 1:10 at the LKG and UKG levels. The teachers are well-trained and experienced and having multilingual capability since the children comes from diverse linguistic background such as Kannada, Hindi, Urdu, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Marathi and Bengali.
Campus
The school hosts eight classrooms with child-friendly equipments, a library and five bathrooms with hot water facility. Outdoor facilities include a covered play area of 2000 sq ft, a large sand pit, inflatable pools and a variety of play equipments made of molded plastic.
For day care children, the school serves freshly prepared healthy food. Transport facility is also provided.
Academics
The school caters to the learning and developmental needs of playgroup, pre-nursery, nursery, LKG and UKG students. The school offers theme based teaching where emphasis is laid on practical and real life experience. Along with basic subjects such as math, English and environmental study, the school also offers music, dance, art & craft, outdoor games, role plays, puppet shows and dramatization.
