Chennai Public School, Thirumazhisai is an English medium co-educational day cum boarding school established in 2009. The school is promoted by Kupidisaatham Narayanaswamy Educational Trust (KNET) and governed by a Board of Trustees. It is affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi and strongly believes that every child is the most potent seed of a powerful human being. It prepares children to meet the challenges of the future by imparting holistic learning rich in social, cultural, theoretical and practical language. The school motto is “Empowering Every Child”.
Campus
Chennai Public School hosts well laid out air-conditioned classrooms with high technology smart board, projector and desktop with internet facility and 5.1 surround audio system.
The school laboratories are safe, spacious, well ventilated and well equipped to accommodate more than 40 students to support cutting edge experimentation. The laboratories include Science, Math, English, Computer, Robotic and Iken Science labs.

Accomodation
Chennai Public School offers weekly boarding for the students wherein students stay in the hostel for 6 days (Monday-Saturday).
It also provides residential facilities with well groomed home like environment in its campus hostel. The rooms are equipped with comfortable furniture and well lit corridors make the hostel campus shed the “away from home” feeling in kids.
Academics
Chennai Public School is an English medium school affiliated with CBSE, New Delhi and offers education from pre-primary through senior secondary level. Admission
Eligibility for admission:
For Pre KG & Montessori Environment I, the child must have completed 2 years by 31st December.
For L.K.G & Montessori Environment II, the child must have completed 3 years by 31st December.
For U.K.G & Montessori Environment III, the child must have completed 4 years by 31st December.
For admission to classes I to X, the candidate must qualify in the entrance test and satisfy the norms specified by the school management committee.
The following documents should be submitted along with the application form:
1. A recent passport size photograph of the child
2. Copy of Birth Certificate
3. Copy of parent's employment ID card /Business card
4. Copy of residential proof
5. Current year's First term Report card /Mark statement (Applicable for classes I to XII)
6. Copy of Community Certificate (If applicable)
7. Copy of Passport, Visa/PIO/OCI (Applicable for NRIs)
8. Certificates of Achievement in sports in district/ National level (if applicable)
9. Copy of Medical certificate / Doctor's prescription (in case of chronic medical ailments which the school should know)
