Overview
Arya Vidya Mandir (AVM) is a group of non-profit schools located in Mumbai. AVM group of schools are affiliated with the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE), New Delhi and offer classes from Nursery to class X. AVM, Bandra West is sited on St. Cyril Road and aims to offer holistic education, in line with the AVM philosophy.
Campus
AVM Bandra West offers all the modern amenities such as well equipped science and computer labs, spacious class rooms, well stocked library, and a huge play ground.
Academics
Arya Vidya Mandir is affiliated with CISCE and offers classes from Nursery to class X. English, Hindi and Sankrit languages are taught in the school; Sanskrit is compulsory from class V to class VIII.
Extracurricular: AVM encourages students to engage themselves in co-curricular activities such as art, physical education, swimming, public speaking and elocution. Sports such as cricket, football, table-tennis, and basketball are also encouraged.
