Overview
The Amity University, Jaipur was set up under the Amity University Rajasthan Act 2008. The university was promoted by the Ritnand Balved Education Foundation (RBEF) New Delhi which is a society registered under The Societies Registration Act, 1860. The university believes in empowering students both personally and professionally and follows a mentor-mentee system where each student is guided by a faculty not only on academics but also on personal issues. The students are offered special classes and workshops within the campus to enhance their personality so that they become true leaders of tomorrow.
Campus
The sprawling 152 acre university campus features a lake with running fountains, a neem forest and an amphitheatre that can seat 1500 people. The campus hosts state of the art labs, spacious classrooms and lecture theatres. There is a student resource centre that houses restaurants, gym, library, dance room, billiards and TT room. The campus also hosts various indoor and outdoor games facilities such as horse riding, golfing and trekking. There are separate hostels within the campus for boys and girls.

Admission
Direct Admission Process: Student securing 80 percent aggregate in Class XII (CBSE/ISC/State-Boards of 2016/2017) are exempted from selection process. Selection will be only on the basis of Amity Application Form.
Qualifying students will be informed about the date time and venue for selection process (Written test/Group discussion/and or Interview)
All selected students will get an intimation through admission letter.10 percent fee concession is offered to Amity students who continue their higher education in Amity University without any year gap.
